When a student reaches to the final year of college, lot many dreams about future become prominent and ambiguous.

Prominent because they are critically expected and ambiguous because they are unsure.

The first common expectation is – after college and job at hand life will be free from the burden of studies and worries of scoring grades, overall, there will be no frustration but a smooth joyful life. The second common expectation is- now on there will no challenges, no lack of money and no fear of exams.

But the reality is – real tough series of exams begin after college life.

At the very first step, your job comes with high demands of performance from you. Your performance is tracked and graded throughout the year. Numerous good demonstrations may not get you enough recognition but just one good mistake can stop your professional growth. This keeps going on and on until you are in Job. Then doesn’t matter which company you are in, all that matters is how do you perform and how to elevate your own career. You may not have support from books, teachers and friends as you have during you academics. You will be on your own, and best mentor for you will be no one else but your thought process.
