Leader in you
Many a times you say you had a hard luck so you could not achieve what you could have .
Is it really true ? I bet its not . It’s only because going along through the defined path you got into a habit to forget the leader in you ,a leader who is capable enough to help you to overcome even from the darkest hour of your life , and can land you to your desired success.
What you need is to Identify the leader in you .
Leaders are made or leaders are born , is a debate we can easily get into .But here I would like to demonstrate your leadership qualities . You possess them since you are born , and you nourished it yourself as you grew up .

Can’t Motivates you ?
Remember your childhood days . You were active,curious and highly adapting . Active to participate in most of the activities you saw around , say it to be playing with friends , doing what you like about father is doing while sitting near you, to know more and more about what is this what is that ? and when you get a prompt response No you can’t do this ,what was your reaction , was that I Can do it and I will show by doing it .and then you start learning with a single motive to do it and win it like an expert , no matter its about winning the game on chessboard or Karmboard or even hitting the ball with with a bat to get a six .
Was adaptability a challenge ?
Remember how quickly you unlearned the existing rule of game and adapted the new rules , and most of the time you took the lead in crafting the new rule. Be it how do we need to win the race running on the roadside or how the dice should roll on before it stops to show the number .
Was motivating others difficult ?
Do you recall how quickly you convinced and motivated your younger sibling to play in the rain rather than playing indoor.Were you not the first to drench yourself in mud and showcase others that how eventful it is , come and join and then you are lined up with followers .
Is organizing the team can be done only by a top class manager ?
While college days , when you thought off-mood is not allowing to study but do something joyful , did you make it happen that lets do a mass-bunk from the college lecture and do some fun outdoor. How the whole class got organized as a team to go for it . There was something in you which made them to come on your side , perhaps .
Certainly there are many more leadership qualities you have demonstrated in the younger age , but when adulthood knocks the door it also covers us with many of the fears . Fear of failure , fear of loosing self esteem , fear of if and but .
Uncover the fear without loosing the maturity in adulthood is the key to takeout the leader hidden inside yourself .
Be ready to face the fear , be ready to lead the world .
