In today’s fast-paced business world, mid-level managers are expected to balance operational delivery with strategic influence. Communication is at the heart of this responsibility — whether it’s managing teams, engaging clients, or influencing senior stakeholders. With the rapid rise of digital platforms and AI-enabled tools, the way managers communicate is being transformed.
To cater to this need of the mid-level managers, Business Communication Department, has proposed a Management Development Programme (MDP) on Digital Dynamics – Communicate Smarter with AI from November 28-29, 2025. This program is designed to help participants to Learn the Foundations of AI and Rapid Evolution of Gen-AI, enhance clarity, and strengthen leadership presence.
Through hands-on practice, real-world case studies, and curated toolkits, participants will learn to communicate smarter, faster, and more persuasively — building a competitive edge for themselves and their organisations.

Day One : 6 Hours

First Half 3 hours – Foundations & Productivity Session 1 (2.00 hr): Decoding the AI & Generative AI · Foundations of Artificial Intelligence and its rapid evolution into Generative AI. · Core of machine learning, neural networks, and foundation models, followed by real-world use cases of LLMs (Large Language Models) in enterprise applications. · Learn how GenAI transforms industries through content generation, knowledge synthesis and automated decision-making · AI Governance Models and evolution Case Discussion: Case studies and discussions on uses and limitations of AI and Gen AI. Session 2 (1 Hr): Ethical & Professional Use
Activity: Role-play – handling a client escalation with AI assistance vs human refinement. |
Second half : 3 hours – Influence, Strategy & Career Edge
Session 3 (1 hr): Communicating for Influence & Impact

- Response to Crisis: Rules Six to Ten
- Dealing with an Individual Crisis
Activity: Build a 2-minute AI-assisted pitch to influence a senior stakeholder.
Session 4 (1 hr): Leadership Communication in the AI Workplace
- Leading hybrid/remote teams with digital + AI tools
- Enhancing executive presence in digital forums
- Caselets: how managers across industries use AI for leadership communication
Activity: Team challenge – design an AI-powered communication strategy for a product launch / change announcement.
Session 5 (1 hr): Future-Ready Managerial Toolkit
- Top 5 AI trends in business communication (2025+)
- Building your personal AI communication toolkit (curated apps, templates, prompt guide)
- Action planning: “3 ways I’ll apply AI to grow as a manager”
